Tips, Storage Supplies, and Resources for Moving

Whether it is just a few items or the entire house, moving has a lot of steps involved. With Economy Self Storage the goal is to make it easy for our customers moving their items to storage or into a new house in the Honey Brook PA area. We provide a parking space to store the RV or park the trailer, storage units in the Bethlehem area, as well as storage supplies!

What do you need? How many boxes? Where can you find your moving supplies? Economy Self Storage has the answers to help you find extra space and protect your valuables while moving.

Why Our Supplies?

We can take some of the moving stresses away with a helpful team and our available storage supplies but this month our merchandise is helping more than your move. We are participating in breast cancer awareness month with the Susan G Komen foundation. For every item sold during the month of October, we will donate a portion of the profits to this organization.

What Tools Will You Need?

  1. Cylinder Locks – Do not forget the lock! If you do we offer a selection in our office.
  2. Boxes – Small, medium, large, even specialty boxes, we have them all!
  3. Bubble Wrap – protection between and on each side of the box will keep breakables together.
  4. Tie Down Straps – Keep large furniture secure during transport to the storage unit.
  5. Packing Tape – Grab a variety pack, you can never have too much and you do not want to run out.

These are just a few of our suggestions when shopping for moving supplies. Stop into our office and speak with our store manager about what tools you may need when moving into storage.

If you are not sure how many boxes you may need, this supply guide will point you in the right direction. Our storage calculator helps many of our first-time customers when choosing a storage unit.
